Here he is explaining what can or cannot be done for this woman's favourite pumps.

There are spiffy shoe repair and key duplication outlets in shopping centres, and for convenience, that's probably where most of us would go nowadays, though I have a feeling that the next generation would just throw away a pair of shoes once it has any defect and buy a new pair.
